Oussama Ouadani

Oussama joined A Better City from the Lab @ MassDOT, where he served as an Innovation Fellow developing public engagement tools in support of statewidemicromobility policy. Prior to MassDOT, he led strategic analytics and built performance tracking systems at a national nonprofit to improve organizational outcomes. He later joined the City of Cambridge, redesigning data and GIS systems to streamline public art operations.

Born in Boston and raised in Cambridge, Oussama is committed to mobility equity and to reimagining auto-centric streets as spaces that center people, safety, and delight. He brings to A Better City a deep connection to the region’s transportation systems, cultures, and people.

Oussama received a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College.In his free time, he is an avid artist and walker, drawing scenes of urban life.
