Dorothy Fennell is the Commuter Programs Manager for A Better City Transportation Management Association (ABC TMA), a non-profit organization working to address the issues of congestion and air-quality in downtown Boston and the Back Bay.  Ms. Fennell brings three-years of transportation and management experience to A Better City.  Upon graduating from Clark University in Worcester, MA in 2004, Ms. Fennell came to Boston where she began to explore her interest in sustainable transportation –public transit & bicycle and pedestrian oriented design.  Prior to working for A Better City, Ms. Fennell worked for the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition, ZipCar and Transportation Planning and Engineering firm, Howard/ Stein Hudson Associates.  She also served on the Board of LivableStreets Alliance. When she is not helping member employees navigate work commutes, Dorothy can be found rolling around Boston on her old school Phillips bike, complete with over-sized basket!
