Jessica Conaway is Director of Policy and Development for A Better City and oversees the organization's policy activity and ABC's legislative agenda. She also manages the abutters groups and private partnering process for the City of Boston’s Crossroads Initiative, the Silver Line Phase III Business and Institutional Committee, the Beyond the Big Dig Study, and ABC's foundation relations.  She has been with ABC since 2005, after serving as Executive Director of TransitWorks, an ABC initiative in collaboration with the MBTA Advisory Board, for two years. Prior to joining ABC, she spent two years working for Greenpeace USA where she managed the implementation of their multi-million dollar direct marketing program.  

Ms. Conaway holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University and a Master's of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
