TransitWorks
TransitWorks is a collaborative initiative, which joins the business community, Boston region cities and towns, other transportation interests such as Transportation Management Associations (TMAs), and the MBTA riding public. TransitWorks is dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of the MBTA. We use empirical, objective research methods to collect rider feedback, and then work collaboratively with the MBTA to implement improvements based on our findings.
A Better City is a founding and managing partner of TransitWorks. Along with A Better City Transportation Management Association and the MBTA Advisory Board, A Better City provides in kind support, leadership, and strategic support for TransitWorks.
